When we need a trail runner to take us from the water's edge to the top of our mountains we put on the Men's Nike ZoomX Zegama 2. It has the perfect balance of cushion and responsiveness to take us wherever the mountains call us. The addition of the Vibram® MegaGrip Outsole means we can handle anything the terrain throws at us with confidence.
Nike ZoomX Midsole
Nike has put their most responsive, softest, lightest and most famous midsole foam into the Women's Nike ZoomX Zegama 2. Sitting within an EVA carrier this extremely soft and responsive foam is extremely stable on the gnarliest of terrains. This supercritical foam has 85% energy return when you need it most in the final miles of your ultra-marathon. You can be confident that the responsiveness and cushion you feel at mile 1 won't DNF at mile 100.
Vibram® MegaGrip Outsole
No matter the conditions you will feel secure with the Vibram® MegaGrip outsole on the Women's Nike ZoomX Zegama 2. This rubber compound is made to perform in extreme conditions and that’s why Nike placed it on their Zegama 2. This compound formed into a 4mm lug pattern means that the worst conditions will be handled with confidence. Nike heard your concerns about the previous edition needing more grip and answered with the best rubber compound on the market.
Engineered Mesh Upper
The upper of the Women's Nike ZoomX Zegama 2 is more secure and breathable than the previous edition. It retains the built in gaiter that keeps dirt, sand and rocks from entering the shoe. Trail runners running on hot humid days and dry hot deserts will love the miles upon miles of breathability without having to stop constantly and empty the shoe of debris.
