Refund policy
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
New, Unworn Shoes: We are happy to provide free shipping and a full refund (minus a 4% restocking fee) on returns for your UNWORN shoes. A full refund will be issued if the product is returned within 30-days of the date the product was delivered for United States customers only. We will provide a free return shipping label via email. Please do not tape the shipping label directly on the shoe box when returning.
Worn Shoes: We are happy to provide free shipping and store credit on returns for your slightly worn shoes. Products returned in slightly worn condition are eligible to receive store credit for the current retail value of the purchase. This means that if you purchased the shoe at full price and it is on sale when you return, the credit will be given based on the current sale price. Store credit will be issued if the product is returned within 30-days of the date the product was delivered for United States customers only. Slightly worn condition is at the discretion of staff. Extensive wear will not be accepted for store credit.
Please note that while we want you to be happy with your purchases, an excessive number of used returns within a twelve-month period may limit your eligibility for exchanges or store credit.

Clearance Items are Final Sale: Any item marked "Clearance" is final sale and not returnable. This includes gently worn shoes in the "Garage Sale" site.
Items Under $100 value: Items under $100 returned within 30 days are subject to the same policy for shoes (above), but will incur $6.99 shipping.
Canadian Customers must pay a $10 return fee. Australian customer must pay a $20 return fee. All return labels processed through 7000 Feet Running Company are paid for by 7000 Feet Running Company.

RETURN PACKAGING
All shoes must be returned in their original shoebox. We recommend packaging the shoebox inside another protective box or bag. Do not stick the shipping label directly onto the shoebox — any returns packaged this way will be considered a used product and store credit will be issued.
ORDER CANCELATION
Any orders cancelled by customer request prior to shipment will be charged a 5% of the total cost of the footwear. Any orders cancelled by 7000 Feet Running Company will receive a full refund.
7000 FEET CASH
Purchases of more than $100 will receive a 10% in-store credit for future purchases. Credit will not be earned on transactions where store credit or a discount code is applied. Credits cannot be combined with any discounts. The credit will expire 1 year from your last purchase.
