Named after the earth's tectonic plates the Women's Hoka Tecton X 2 has an innovative parallel carbon plate system that provides excellent responsiveness while maintaining grip on the lateral and medial sides of the shoe. 

 

The 2nd edition of the Tecton introduces the Matryx® upper runners loved on the Hoka Speedgoat EVO giving it increased breathability while preventing trail debris from entering the shoe. Runner's who loved the original Women's Hoka Tecton X will find the cushioning, foot feel and responsiveness remain the same. 

 

It is the most durable carbon plated trail runner we sell. Runners in Salida, Co have comfortably gotten 400 to 500 miles of use. Additionally, the responsiveness from the carbon plate is useful from 10k to 100 mile distances.
