The HydraPak 42mm Filter Cap is a lightweight, compact, and efficient water filtration system designed for outdoor enthusiasts, backpackers, and emergency preparedness. This filter cap is specifically designed to fit HydraPak’s 42mm-threaded water bottles and reservoirs, including the Seeker and Flux series. It provides an easy way to filter water on the go, making it an excellent choice for hiking, camping, and travel in areas where clean drinking water may not be readily available.
Utilizing a hollow fiber membrane filtration system, the HydraPak 42mm Filter Cap effectively removes 99.99% of bacteria, protozoa, and microplastics, ensuring safe drinking water from natural sources like streams, rivers, and lakes. The filter has a 0.2-micron pore size, which meets EPA and NSF standards for water purification. It allows for a smooth flow rate, making drinking and filling bottles quick and convenient.
One of its standout features is its inline compatibility, meaning it can be used both as a direct filter for drinking and as a gravity-fed filter system when paired with a reservoir. The flip-top nozzle enhances usability by allowing easy access to filtered water without removing the cap.
