·Nike ZoomX Foam

Nike's supercritical PEBAX foam is the softest, lightest and most responsive foam made by Nike. The foam's 85% energy return coupled with the Pebax Plate means cross country runners are set up for stability and speed for XC distances up to 10k. ZoomX plus Pebax Plate is a recipe for success on race day.

· Pebax Plate

Pebax is a copolymer made from a ratio of rigid and soft blocks. The Nike Pebax plate is made with a high ratio of rigid block segments. This allows for a high level of responsiveness but is significantly lighter and more stable on muddy and variable cross country courses than carbon plates.

· Vaporweave Mesh

The upper hits the three most important marks for a high level cross country runner. It is highly breathable ,doesn’t allow debris into the collar all while allowing water to drain out effortlessly. The mesh isn't stretchy which is beneficial over the course of a 5k or 10k but it is flexible throughout the foot strike and toe off phases. Overall the feel is comfortable while remaining lightweight and breathable. The midfoot and heel are secure but aren't a low volume fit.
